Indoor cycling workouts not listed

Since the latest update all of my cycling workouts are not visible when selecting the training option. They only way to access them is when a the smart trainer connects, which isn't always available at my gym. 

In the previous update I could select a workout  (zone 2 in my case) and ride on any bike. Now those workouts are only visible when the watch connects with a smart trainer. Anyone know a way to fix this or can I roll back the firmware to a one that works?

    same happens with Rowing workouts.... i can find them under the new workout app, but not in the specific rowing apps.

    Ok I've found a work around. 

    Add your workout to the calendar in the app or online. Then sync your watch. When you click training via the watch menu, scroll to the bottom select calendar and it will show up. 

    No idea why the workouts are now missing but at least this way you can do the one you want.
