Bought my watch on Sep 2022, loved it, until 2 months ago (June 2023), i saw a crack hair line at my HR sensor and ignored it, as my location has no Garmin Service Center.
Only this week August 2023, when I got time to visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, then only bring it over for warranty claim, unfortunately, it was not being acknowledged, claiming that it was a human error. I have not drop at all before, i wore it day in and day out, including sleeping, except shower and charging time.
Does anyone has this problem? Better check your 255 and see any crack line or not.
The sensor hairline has turned into a more serious 'crack' and I urged user to look into it...
