Zero pace and distance during treadmill run

Hi,

At my last treadmill run, the watch showed 0 distance and 0 pace, but recorded time and heart rate. After I tried to do recalibration, the watch only gave me 0 and -1 options for the int part of the distance and full options for the decimal part of the distance. Do you have an idea what has caused the issue?
For the run before my last one, I forgot to stop the activity after finishing it and stopped it 1 minute later. Could that be the problem or is there a possibility that the watch has some issue with the sensors?

Also, I have updated the distance on the Garmin Connect app, but it does not appear on the watch after sync. How can I update the distance on the watch?

the same thing happened to me, it means there is a general problem

I don't think it matters when you stop the activity. I often have more than half an hour with various stretching and other activity included in my treadmill runs, and my logs look just fine.
