I still can't update my Forerunner 255

Hi there. Despite the news yesterday here:

I still can't update my Garmin 255. I've tried through both Garmin Connect and Garmin Express. I'm still stuck on 13.21. This means of course that I can't install most apps, watch faces and data fields. I bought the watch brand new 2 days ago.

Please let me know if you need more info. Very frustrating.

Mine is fixed now. It took a couple of days and had to update twice but it's now at 15.19

Well my Garmin 255 music is on version 16.09 and it also keep saying no updates available. It is getting frustrating because i see others here getting the latest update.

Were you able to update your watch? I have 5.04, is this normal for FR255 at all? No information on what version this model was launched with? I took a used one, the previous owner apparently did not know about the update at all.

Did you take any action or did the update just appear in Garmin Express?

Mine finally got the update. Took a week for the update to show up..
