Training status/load giving contradictory suggestions

So currently, my training load says "maintaining". The watch suggests increasing training load by longer or more frequent exercises. When i go to training load however, the watch tells me, that my training load is higher then optimal and i should decrease time spent exercising and exercise less often. Well, make up your mind. This is really embarasing. I bought this watch to use its features, but i feel ilke there is 0 credibility left for garmin. How can this even happen?

  • I suggest looking at the numbers and ignore the explanations. They are general texts that don't always fit with the big picure. 
    Seems you have plenty of high and low aerobic exercise. To improve, I would suggest doing more intervals, and more rest, to increase the anaerobic training.

  • I appreciate your advice and agree with your suggestion. I asume the same thing. But the point is, a feature i payed for (as many others did) doesnt work as advertised and should be looked into.
