A small suggestion about LIGHT button when auto lock is enabled

When auto lock is enabled, pressing the LIGHT button gives the screen light, but a locken symbol will also appear on the screen and floating on the time which may make some obstacles for time-reading.

The locken symbol may not be necessary in this scenario, for we need reading-time quickly within the very short light-on seconds.

Is there any possibility that make LIGHT button not displaying the locken symbol on the screen?

  • I second this! The light button shouldn't trigger the "locked icon" and should just light up the watchface instead.

  • They made a change in firmware 16.17 so now that the locken symbol won't block the time screen entirely.

However, another issue occurs when the auto lock is enabled, then notifications pop up, and you won't be able to press the clear button for time-reading. We'll have to wait for the notification to clear itself for time-reading, which takes quite a few seconds.

No such issue in other brand, you can still clear the message to view the time even if it's screen locked.
