Guys, I am trying to understand what I need to do to achieve certain training benefits.
For example... say I would like my primary benefit for today's rowing session to be... say Improving VO2Max. Is there a way to know that ? Something like: "row at least 30 minutes bringing your heart above 170". Or something like that. Or for example, I would like to get a 4 in Aerobic Base, and am looking for how long I have to bring my HR at xyz level.
Basically I would like to better target my training sessions for certain benefits.
What's the best way to do this ?
A few weeks ago, someone here had link a webpage from Garmin with something along those lines, unfortunately I can't seem to be able to find it.
