How can I avoid strength activities to add anaerobic load to my running training load?
I get zero anaerobic training suggestions otherwise.
I use my own activity named Gym based on "Other" for gym activities. It generally underestimates my heart rate a bit, and adds no anaerobic load in my case. It also counts steps during my strength activity, which I find useful.
Actually it has been adding some anaerobic load and more training load in general after 15.19.
