I have a 255 music for about 2 months, it is great, but the relax reminder worked 2 Times after i purchased it, now even if the stress level is greier than 90% i don.t receive any alert. Any ideea here ?

I've triggered mine a few times, and found it pretty pointless. Maybe there are some folks so oblivious to their own state that they need this reminder, but for me it was just a silly delayed alert when I already knew exactly what was happening. As far as I can tell, it must be reacting to an increase in heart rate, but only when the accelerometer isn't picking up enough movement to "explain" this increase.
I've most often triggered it doing household chores like gardening or cleaning. I was bending, lifting, etc but bracing my non-dominant hand (with the watch) against a solid object for balance. So it may have seen me as being too still while my heart was responding to bursts of exertion.
I also triggered it several times via an unpleasant medication. This was a case where I could actually be sitting "at rest" and have my heart rate start climbing for a while after each dose. I didn't need the watch to tell me how unpleasant that was either...
Edit: maybe it is also noticing changes in breath rate, or some mismatch between the two? I don't really know...
I'm seeing these reminder quite regularly. It's always a few hours after a heavy training session, when my stress levels are high (70+) but I'm just sitting on a couch.
I don't find them particulairly useful - the breathing excercise doesn't bring the stress metric down. Maybe it would work better if the stress was more psychologically induced

...But should do. You have to train your body to respond properly to breathing exercises. This should not be an additional stress, but a way to relax. In other words, it also means meditation. It's manageable. You just have to practice enough.
