Interrupted sleep causes watch to misbehave

Hi,

I have some sleep issues, mostly problems with staying asleep during the 2nd half of my sleep, therefore, I end up sleeping less than I should.

Yesterday, I woke up during the middle of the night and decided to walk around my house for a bit and do 10 min of breathwork before going back to sleep. This caused all sorts of issues:

1. My Forerunner 255S turned off the sleep mode and showed me the morning report. I did not open the morning report and went back to sleep. Fortunately, this morning Garmin had tracked the rest of my sleep after the extended wake-up.

2. My sleep stress rating is "Poor" even though I had an average score of 15 throughout the night.

3. I did not get an "last night's average HRV" reading this morning.

4. The last awake period I don't think it's correct (I don't remember being awake at that time, but who knows, my sleep is not the best!)
