How is possible to downgrade from this idiotic beta version?

It seems to have changed.
You have to leave the beta program (https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/w/beta-wiki/145/how-to-return-to-live-software)
But I read (I will find the link) that you have to wait the next live release to "downgrade". It seems no longer possible to restore old image of the software despite what is written in the web site. Figure it changes with 15.x (OTA upgrade)
