- in garmin connect;
- create a new strength workout in "connect"
- make sure there is 2 round "loop"
- set first entry to excercise
- set the excercise to "Run"
- target type "Time"
- target: 10 minutes
- set second entry to "rest"
- name it "debug"
- send to device.
on the FR255:
- Start activity "Strength"
- select workout "debug"
- press start button -> do workout
- press start button again -> start workout
- watch the screen after the initial info-view disappeared:
