Hello, im a new user of garmin smart watches, and a smart watch in general.
I have a marathon coming up in august and planned on letting the garmin suggest me what to do after i set it as my primary race this year on the calendar with a goal time.
It shows me a layout of the week we are in so i can plan around the long runs.
But after following it for only a week, now it changes the entire schedule almost everyday after a workout. replacing long runs, putting up new rest days.
Is this normal? and why does it give me a weekly schedule if it changes every time anyway.
