Hello,
my 255S stopped to notify me about incoming messages. It took me few days to start examining what had happened. I realised that I cannot pair watch with my phone anymore.
What I have tried:
- uninstall Garmin Connect App and install again (iPhone SE 2016) .. didn't help
- reset watch to factory default ... didn't help
- install Garmin Connect App in another phone (Android OS) .. didn't help.
Firmware version is 14.20. I don't remember if pairing stopped working just after the automatic upgrade.
At this point I am about to contact seller to claim watches. Is there anything more I can try?
