Forerunner 255 workout suggestion not possible to transfer to Edge 530

I have every imaginable sync options on, but havent found how is possible the Forerunner 255 (bike)workout suggestions transfer to my Edge 530.

Of course would be better to follow a bike workout on the 530 as on the Forerunner 255 watch.
