Hi.
I've been using 255 since last June, and recently I was surprised at the news of 265 and 965. I am not interested in the touch screen or the new AMOLED. Then do we have any merits to change the current 255 to 265 or 965?
Best regards,

Best regards,
DCR's review of the 265 is out now. Seems Training readiness will not come down to the 255. Interesting only a USD50 increase from 255 to 265 but USD100 increase from 955 to 965.
265 now has touch…
Ray chose a pleasant foggy day for comparison MIP/AMOLED. ;) I have a completely different experience comparing these displays in the mountains on the bright sun.
I stay with my MIP.
PS And do not forget…

His review states it was bright and sunny...
"And for better or worse, my testing this last week has been in a bright/sunny/hot locale – and I can say there are absolutely zero issues seeing the display using the default settings in bright sun conditions (once you turn/raise your wrist). Just as there were no issues with Epix either for the past year and that AMOLED display, in either bright or dark conditions. The single exception to this is if your wrist is off-axis (such as lower on the handlebars), it can be trickier to see, though frankly, that’s also true of MIPS watches."
I've got a 745, and just ordered the 265... personally excited for the AMOLED screen, as my aging eyes do struggle to read the smaller stuff on my MIPS screen unless it's sunny or backlit.
Are you questioning Ray's credibility you haderrrrr?

265 now has touch, which was one of the two reasons I got the 955 over the 255 (othere was live segments , still not on 265)
So if better mapping and live segments not important seems the 265 is better value.
I have a 955 and am going to try a 265 to see how the screen etc for interest mainly. I had borrowed an Epix before I bought a 955 and wasn't convinced on the need for AMOLED especially for teh main usage which is activities outdoors.
