Text responses not available for all phone contacts (FR 245 and FR 255)

My previous watch was FR 245 music, now I have a 255.
The issue I report here happens in both watches.

Whenever I receive a text message from whatsapp (or any text app) I'm able to reply with previous messages set on the phone on Text Responses in GC.
However, it is not effective to all my contacts.
For example, I may reply to my mother, to my daughter, but there's no reply option when my son texts me.

He is not the only contact with this issue, but for me is very important to reply to him from the watch, mainly when I'm in an activity.
Even in groups. I can reply to some people in a group. Those I can't reply individually I can't reply in a group.

I've already checked contacts settings on the phone, all of them are set the same.
My phone is a Xiaomi Mi 9T. Running Android.

Marper Do the contacts with no reply option have a special character or emoji in their contact name? If so, you will need to remove them.

It did.
I removed the emoji and now there is a reply option.
Truely, both, my son and my daughter had emojis in their contacts and my daughter's contact had the reply option.
The pictures above where you read "Reply to Filha" it was my daughter's contact. The second was my son.

Anyway, it's solved.
I've already checked all my contacts to remove possible emojis and special characters.
All is working perfectly.
