I have already written to "ideas" but as their policy says they are not committed in reading, replying, or even accepting the idea due to the amount of ideas they received.
After 14.17 version released saying had fixed missing translations I thought Portuguese mistranslation had fixed, too. But not.
So, I appeal to this thread if Garmin-Kevin could help as he had done very well during 255 Misruption problem.
They are two little things that would make data field reading more accurate to Portuguese.
In English we read "Time" for hour of day, it's translated to portuguese as "Tempo".
The right word in portuguese is "Hora" to express hour of day.
Reading "Tempo" really confuses us when it's translated as hour of day. It should be "hora", indeed.
The portuguese word "tempo" is used for the situation below.
In English we read "Timer" for running time, it's translated to portuguese as "temporizador", which is not wrong. It can be kept.
However, it's a long word that could be replaced by "tempo" perfectly and clearly to all.
Kevin, could you kindly help us (Portuguese speakers and readers) on this matter, please?
Thank you.
