Weird notification while running

Last night during a run I got a weird notification while running. Twice at odd times during the run the watch popped up with a small gear/tire type icon at the top and then the numbers 2:00.9 in the middle. It lasted for 2 to 5 seconds and then went away. It didn't seem to affect my other numbers at all. Watch didn't reboot, just went straight back to the running watch face. This was on a 255 Music and I was playing music if that helps?

Anyone know what is happening here?

I have a similar situation during walks. Every 30 something minutes I get a alarm informing 2:04:00 or something closer to this. Can't find any configuration to get rid of it

I have managed to fix the issue by deleting the app giving me the weird notification (walk) and installing it again

Similarly. I've added and configured new activity (by copying old one - Run) and it helped, alarm dissapear. Probably old settings were not compatible to new firmware version...
