Extreme and sudden battery drain

Hello all,

I updated my FR255 to 13.15 on Saturday and was having positive experiences on previous bugs like random alerts during activities the yellow rings after auto pauses. Battery seemed both fine on sun+mon and even went on 15+ km runs on both days with regular battery depletion rates. This morning I left the house with circa 80% battery and by 14:00 I looked down and had a blank screen. After pressing the on button I get the Critical battery icon. Haven’t had a chance to recharge, but am asking if anyone else has had similar issues with the update.

Hi, Do you mean you updated to 14.15? I've been having the same problem since at least version 14.13 and possibly an earlier version. I've reported it to Garmin support and they've apparently put some software to log battery usage on my watch and send the info to their engineers. It will be 2 weeks this Friday since I reported it. Could you report your issue to support, too, please. Additionally noticed a problem with heart rate data being much too low during a bike ride today.

After updating to 14.15, I also began to experience problems with fast battery discharge.

my 255s battery is started draining clearly.

previous ver. is worked good. It's sad...

I've had the FR255 for 3 weeks now and battery drain is very rapid. It constantly losses 40% a night alone, and it keeps on loosing connection to watch when customising data screens. I'm in contact with support but they're not understanding and I'm going around in circles with them.
