Bug 14.15 - 5% Brightness ineffective

I have updated to the new firmware and I have checked the 5% brightness settings in complete dark.

I see no difference between 10% and 5%. They are both on the same level.

I couldn't see the difference between 5 and 10% even with the 2 previous software version. Or the display can't dim by 5% steps or it's unnoticeable, or it's a bug..

in 15.12 5% is removed, so this should be considered working

Maybe 5% has the same light, but uses less power?

I think, the 10% is the lowest possible on this display controller's hardware. Next dimming step is "off".

There is still literally no difference between 5% and 10% backlight. Sw14.15
