Can't send custom workouts to watch with fw 14.13 (not compatibile?!?!)

With current firmware I can't send my workout to the watch.

Tried to remove and readd the watch.

Works few months ago.

Works for a friend with same fw.

This block my traing, very very annoying Garmin
