When completing a Garmin Coach workout (5k plan) it used to ask for a perceived effort evaluation (how the activity felt) on scale of 5 like the below:

This rating is no longer popping up after the activity, only the general workout perceived effort evaluation rating (1-10 scale) is available after completing the workout:
The Garmin Coach specific rating can be only set in Garmin Connect in the activity view (and then it overrides the 1-10 scale):
