Yellow ring still around watchface after auto paused activity resumes

I noticed this today, but this is the first time really paying attention on my walk as I generally review when moving or after the walk is finished.

Happening with me in Ireland and garmin can contact by email and can review the past few weeks activities if it will help

Similar situation here with walking, and my son has a similar thing on last night's run. After a pause, auto in the case of walk and manual pause during run, the display would not go back to the normal data screens on resume, it just stayed on the same screen where you would finish an activity. If I manually pressed resume it would momentarily go back to normal but then after about 2 seconds it would revert back to the end of activity screen even though it was in fact still recording. In the case of my son's run, the watch crashed completely and needed a restart as only the top left button was working. Very disappointed as I was extremely satisfied with our old 235s that were virtually bomb proof.

Mine is doing the same thing in all activities.

Ran into this bug this morning on 14.13. I just noticed that 14.15 is released with a vague line about fixing issues with starting and stopping activities. Wish they released more detailed change logs.

How did you get 14.15, and on what model watch? I've just gone on to Garmin connect and it says that latest version is 14.13.

I did a WiFi sync, and the update surprisingly popped up an hour later. Try doing it from your watch?

Settings >> System >> Software Update >> Check for Updates

The same issue with my watch...does the 14.15 update solve this?
