14.13 number of stairs climbed wrong

Since last update, the number of stairs climbed is increasing while I am not climbing (I reached my 10 climbs this morning while cooking..)

Anyone with the same issue?

This is not a problem of the last update, it is a problem embedded in all barometric altitude sensors watches.

FR 255 calculates the floors climbed based on the variation of the values of its barometric sensor. The watch algorithm defines the variation of the user's altitude based on the pressure variability when the motion sensor detects activity, so if the atmospheric pressure changes while you move your arm (while cooking), the watch will interpret it as a variation in altitude as you move and will reflect this in the number of floors climbed.

If on another occasion a storm comes up while you are cooking, you will be able to verify that your watch will give you altitude ascent values much higher than what it has given you today.

Thanks for the explanation, however, I have been using the watch for the past 3 months and it is the first time that I observe this behavior.. additionally, I am surprised that the atmospheric pressure goes down that fast... I'll check next time a storm is coming..
