No updates available. Watch stay still at FW12.27

I preferred manual updates my watch so I turned off auto updates on garmin connect and wait for download manually.

I have been waiting since FW 12.27. There is no updates available for my watch so far. Even now 13.23 is live.

then I turn on auto update for a couple days, there is still no updates available.

how can I force garmin connect to updates my watch?

Have you connected to garmin Express on computer ?

No, only connect to garmin app on my phone.

Lot easier to do the updates via Express (if possible)
