Hi all! bought a Forerunner 255 Music for myself and one Venu 2s Music for my wife a few months ago. I was quite surprised that FR255 was not able to regulate the volume on my main headphones: Honor Magic Earbuds. The default volume Garmin sets for headphones is just too high for normal usage. I am able to switch to the volume control on watches but it doesn't recognize any attempts to lower or to increase the volume specifically for this model. FR works just fine with my older Blitzwolf headphones which have inferior quality. I also tested with some Samsung earbuds I borrowed from a friend, worked with no issues.
I would like to note that the same Honor Magic Earbuds worked out of the box with Venu 2s and all settings worked correctly. I waited for several updates to be released for both of our watches but see no progress for my headphones-smartwatch pair, the situation is totally the same as in early Autumn.
May I request Garmin support here to look into this issue? I believe the problem is not within headphones but rather Garmin firmware for FR255 based on my experience.
If someone knows any workarounds, I would be glad.
