I changed the measurement to the meter system and checked on both the watch and the phone/web app, and for the most part things are displayed in kg and meters (except for weight which is still displayed in lbs in the user profile in some places). However, the temperature is still always in Fahrenheit, including the default weather glance (and any watch face with weather). Any suggestions? It looks like a firmware defect.
