Good morning everyone, I put in calendar a Marathon on April the 2nd.
Garmin daily suggest me different training. I give you an example strarting from Monday:
Base, Anaerobic, Base, Recovery, Base, Sprint, Long Run.
Why every single day Garmin move forward the Anaerobic training?
I haven't done anaerobic training for two months
What's wrong on me? HRV? Sleep? What else?
