My HRV has consistently dropped 20-25ms over the last three weeks. Looking back several months, I’m back to where I was in August but compared to November it’s drastically reduced.
I’m not sure if it’s the 13.21 update, or if it was incorrectly reading high. Anyway, it’s now showing me in a constantly STRAINED status and affects my workouts and conditioning. The baseline is not adjusting.
How can I reset the baseline without factory resetting my watch?
