Hi,
I do both cycling and running and I like using the Daily Suggestion. My question is whether they are any dependent to each other. Sometimes I can see that I have a rest day suggested for cycling, but a long Tempo session for running.
Also, sometimes the Training status app tells me to rest for two days, but the Daily suggestions show me to to an extensive session. Does it not take the current training status into account?
