Daily Suggested Workout, get it better

Hello all,

I was trying to use Daily Suggested Workouts with a Race defined on Calendar. 
To be honest, for me, this was one of the features that made me buying a Forerunner 255. However, it needs some improvements.
I already tried to use other applications that provide training plans but usually the workout synchronization neither exist or is weak.

It would be great if Daily Suggested Workout, could work as a training plan for the defined race.
First of all it would be amazing if it adapts correctly to the race time goal defined. 
It will be also great to have this daily suggest workout sync with Garmin connect.
And to finish, the daily suggests needs to me more static, they are changing all the time. For e.g., i go to sleep thinking about doing the speed workout that daily suggested recommends for the next day, however when I wake up it give me 40 mins easy run...

Edit: Suggest to do some strength workout would be a nice addition too with a link to strength trainings available on garmin.
