So I'm a fanatic 80/20 runner. I have my Heart Rate zones set up based on %LTHR. I want 80% of my workouts (or Daily Suggested Workouts) to stay in Z2. My DSW are set to target HR. However: Every time I start a suggested base run the HR target is 150bpm (and not my set Z2 range). No matter what combination of Heart Rate zone setup I try: For workouts my FR255s suggests I stay around 135 for recovery, 150 for base and 180 for threshold. Is there anything I'm missing and what target HR do your DSW give?
