I completed an incredibly easy recovery run today (30min, 128bpm avg) and got a training effect of 3.5 Aerobic impact and TL of 131. For comparison, another run 2 days ago was substantially harder (42min, 142bpm avg) and got 3.0 Aerobic impact and TL of 77. Anyone else noticing this? My recovery timer showed 14h when I started the activity but I have never experienced this when doing a recovery run (it jumped to 32h afterwards)
