My FR255 says it's connected to my phone when my phone is completely offline. It seems to do this only indoors so it thinks it's connected to a random BLE device when this shouldn't be possible. This never happened prior to version 12.27 but could be coincidence.
Tested by performing the test shown in the video tuning on flight mode then switching it off & it immediately establishes a connection with "something" when indoors, which prevents connection to my Android phone.
This does not happen outdoors and happily connects to my phone.
I've tested phone being offline ( BLE off and Flight mode on ) in both scenarios & online.
