Watch not charging after software update.

My watch was automatically updated to 12.27. I am not a beta user. My watch won’t charge now. It says it’s charging but %battery doesn’t change (only loses battery over time when using it). Is there a fix for this? Preferably before my marathon on Sunday?

That's really bad. Is it possible to factory reset the watch?

Factory reset worked! It is charging now. Unfortunately lost the fun metrics and personalized settings. However, I at least have a watch that works now and I have time to customize it again before the race.
