Hello all, I recently got a Forerunner 255 music as a successor to my Forerunner 645 music. I'm very happy with the 255 and mostly use the daily suggestions for running workouts. Now I have two questions about that:
1. I've given up on running a 10k race at some point. The daily suggestions are now based on this. However, I don't run that race but actually want a program to maintain or improve my 10k condition. Is this possible?
2. And is it possible to see the daily suggestions in the Garmin connect calendar. Very handy to be able to view your training sessions some time in advance.
