HRV over menstrual cycle

I’m getting frustrated with the HRV info in my watch.

Over many months it is easy to see a pattern where my HRV drops in the 2 weeks before my period, this is typical for many women and there have been research papers written on it. My Garmin knows my menstrual cycle and has the data on my HRV over months but still tells me I’m ‘strained’ due to lower than 4 weekly average HRV as though the HRV is an anomaly rather than just part of my normal pattern if you consider a longer than 4 week timescale.

I’m considering turning HRV tracking off because it’s giving me useless information. Is there anyway to request Garmin consider a longer timescale for this data or cross reference the menstrual cycle data with it?

thanks!
