limited range bluethoot, continuous disconnections

Hello everyone, I recently bought a 255 for my wife and we immediately noticed that she suffers from several disconnections and Bluetooth connections even if the mobile phone is at a distance of 2/5 meters without obstacles.
Is there any solution?

Hi, Is this with an iPhone? . Also what version of Firmware on the 255? Make sure you have 12.23 or preferably 12.25 (Beta) as this addresses some other bugs you will see in these Forums.

I had this issue with my 955, I did this an it helped:

1. Forget the device on the IPhone Bluetooth settings.

2. delete the GC app on the phone

3. Restart both devices

4. Add the GC app to the iPhone and sign in.

5. With on Pair on the 255

After doing this mine remained connected much better.
