This is probably a dumb question. I am doing my first race soon (just 5 KM) and have no idea how to set this up in my watch so it can track p[rogress towards goal time.
I am sure this is obvious, but I cannot figure it out.
That's a link to PacePro which in itself is cool. Did you mean setting up a race in the calendar so your training is aligned to that race?
