Backlight still goes on even when it's disabled after 12.23 update (General Use > Gesture)

Hi guys!

I have a FR 255 Basic (12.23 firmware version since yesterday afternoon) and last night I could see that this issue is still ongoing --> Fixed an issue where the backlight could be turned on even when it was disabled.

My current setup is 'Gesture' disabled for General Use and enabled During Activity > After sunset.

Same here, except I have "Gesture" General Use enabled only after sunset, but it keeps coming on with gestures throughout the entire day.
