A few days ago i started a run against an old activity from the FR protocol with virtual racer. It was about 12Km with a pace of 5:01min/Km.
This time i ran faster with about 4:50min/Km. After 8Km i was about 1:20min ahead. So far, so good. Because i had to cross a street i stopped the timer and started it again directly when i crossed the street. After this the FR showed me that i was more than 4min ahead and it quickly raised to 5min. So where did this additional 3min came from ?
Did i do something wrong? What time is used from the virtual racer ? Just the active time or the overall time including the time when the timer was stopped ?
Is it necessary to run the exact track ? What happens if i run a different way but the same distance ?
