HRV recorded on watch but not transferred to Garmin Connect

Hi,

I have had this watch since its launch in June, without any major issue.

However, in this last week, that’s the second time that while my nightly HRV is recorded and visible on the watch, it is never synced to Garmin Connect, providing an incorrect/less-accurate 7d average.

I have also tried to do a sync on Garmin Express but without success. Data does not get transferred.

Does anybody know how to force a full transfer of what’s on the watch online? I am still on fw 11.12 and I am afraid that if those data are not transferred before the watch updates to last fw, I will lose them

  • I had this problem once, two or three days after I bought it. Unfortunately, I didn't find a solution. After that, it didn't happen again (I have the watch a little bit more than one month).
