Disable active calories on my garmin

Hello everyone,

is there any way to disable active calories on my garmin watch ? I have my garmin connected to my fitness pal account (I am premium) and i want to eat every day 2200 calories. I don't want to see on the garmin dashboard my calories remaining with the active calories added.

See the image below. How can i get rid of those 647 calories on my garmin dashboard ?

  • Unfortunately this is not possible. Maybe Garmin can see it as a request for a future update though!

  • Thanks for the answer. Looks like completely stupid decision from Garmin as many (most ?) people eat a specific amount of calories a day, and do not eat back calories from activities. I have no idea why you would force people to go this way.

  • Personally, I use Garmin Connect together with MyFitnessPal and Nokia Scale, and all three of them connect together and take under consideration my weight, eating calories AND active calories, in a perfect cooperation and balance!
