Garmin express - update not available

Hi,

Is there anyway to force the update to come through to me on Garmin Express. According to Garmin Express I am up to date with software version 11.12. Any idea how to force to check and download 12.23?

It doesn't say that though as it states you can download through express.

What's the point on telling us that we can go through express if I have to wait the same length of time to download it through the phone update?
