Hi all. I've been trying to follow the daily suggested workouts. I usually run about 3-4 times a week. Each day I get a suggestion, so obviously I have to skip some. Is the algorithm smart enough to balance the runs I do end up doing? For instance, at the beginning of the week is says tuesday/thursday speed workouts. But I generally dont run on those days. Will I still end up with some kind of sprint/threshold/interval run on remaining days? I feel like I'm not, so I end up manually picking suggestions from future days. Is that how you're supposed to do this?
