For me Garmin Pay has always asked for a PIN each transaction or opening wallet even if only a few minutes apart- I use an external HRM wbich turns off the wrist HR which I think is factor

I have solved it seems that if you use loose strap it asks the pin every minute. I have close the strap tight and now it dosn't ask me anymore ... solved ...
