Please find below an issue I am experiencing with the 255 music which I am hoping you can help me with.
Problem: Daily suggestions are not shown anymore
Background:
- I have added a race in my calendar after which I started using the daily suggestions
- I have used daily suggestions for several weeks without any issue
- Yesterday I realized there were no suggestions given anymore
- The race itself is in 7 weeks time
- In the workout section, the daily suggestion option is shown (linked to the race)
- The plan overview is however empty
- I am not aware I have changed any settings to cause this
- Software version: 11.12
What I have tried to fix this issue:
- Pause/resume training
- Changed the long workout day
- Removed the race from my calendar and added it again
- Restart the watch
- Perform an activity separate from the daily suggestions
I would like to prevent the option of resetting my watch. Did anybody else experience the same issue before?
