Cycling skewed Running Suggested Workouts

Hi All,

I've been following a suggested workout plan for the last month which for the first 2 weeks was quite basic but has since ramped up after collecting some data. Went for a cycle today and all of a sudden the suggested workouts for running are now very basic again, has the cycle broken my running suggested workouts. Would it be worth deleting the cycle workout so it's not considered for training load etc?

I was planning a 90 minutes long run on Saturday but is now suggesting 50 minutes only. Because the VO2 has now kicked in for cycling does this initial data collection phase now skewing the suggested workout for running. 

Training for an event in September but now can't see the original plan unfortunately and only 4 very light base runs a week planned for the next 7 days.
