Change backlight intensity?

Can you change the backlight on this? So irritated that you cannot on the FR645 and never buying a new watch without this function.

I can’t find anything in the FR 255 manual for setting backlight intensity. Can you tell me how to do it?

As per the manual you can also control the backlight brightness from the Controls menu (hold LIGHT). (This def works on other watches, but I wanted to check the manual to make sure 255 is also supposed to have that feature.)
